POOL HEATING COST: Heated pool option is available for $225/night, hot tub/spa is $100/night charge, or heat both pool and hot tub/spa for $300/night. Please let us know at least 72 hours prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool heated. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***
