Papago Place

Three king bedrooms and two full baths make this South Scottsdale house an easy fit for six, whether that is two families sharing or a group of friends splitting the week. The backyard is the reason to book it: a private pool, a full bar under the ramada, outdoor dining, a curtained daybed and a lawn big enough to actually use. Papago Park, Old Town and ASU are all about ten minutes out. (A pool heater is scheduled to be installed in October but we cannot yet guarantee its availability)

Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, the front yard and the backyard. The garage is not available to guests. Parking is uncovered, with room for up to 6 vehicles in front of the garage and along the drive-through loop.

Space:

Papago Place is a single-level three bedroom, two bathroom home in South Scottsdale built around a private pool and a shaded patio, with three king beds inside so nobody draws the short straw.

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
- NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
- NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
- NOTE: For any items left behind, a $35 handling fee will be charged in addition to shipping costs.

EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
