- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.
POOL HEATING COST: The pool and hot tub can be heated if requested and paid in advance at the rate of $75/night. Spa/Hot Tub runs on a schedule, 6AM-10AM and 6PM-10PM daily. Please let us know 72 hours in advance.
NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.
This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of
