POOL HEATING COST & INFORMATION: There is an extra $100/night charge if you want the pool heated. The heater has to be turned on manually so the pool if the pool heater is wanted it will have to be for the entire stay. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub.

-NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when settling a claim.
-NOTE: Noise monitors do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: The inside fireplace is not available to guests.
