- NOTE: Although this property is perfect for entertaining, we have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms. Music or any kind of noise must be turned down after 10:00 pm. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of our neighbors.
NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in the pool either***. All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***
POOL HEATING: Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure the cover stays on the pool.
POOL HEATING COST: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($450/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival. Requests inside 72 hours or at arrival need to be aware that the pool can take between 10-16 hours to fully heat depending on weather and ambient temperature. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub.
